So tomorrow all of my brand new appliances will be delivered to my house. I'm also having TV and internet installed. I say TV because I'm not exactly clear on what it is. It's AT&T U Verse. I think the signal is transmitted over the internet.....but I'm not really sure. Nonetheless I am excited about it. 200 stations and more MB's per second downloading speed than I need. I'm really lucky that it's in my area because it is pretty new and most locations just can't get it yet. AND - I can't wait to do laundry in my new washer and dryer. I had to be trendy and get the front loaders :)
The house is an absolute catastrophe right now. My boyfriend, the saint that he is, moved more of my junk for the past two days. I helped but my helping didn't amount to nearly what he did. I'm going to have cook him a lot of Chicken Alfredo for that. Who knew I could accumulate that much stuff over the years? I NEED to get rid of stuff. I smell a garage sale coming on. My clothing supply is out of hand. I really believe I could go at least six weeks without doing laundry. That would be rotating the ugliest granny panties in and maybe wearing the patterned socks that never really leave the drawer though.
Cooper is a little disoriented but he seems to be adapting just fine. I'm afraid he misses my Dad and Stepmom's dog Max and their "adopted" cat Baxter. (I miss Max and maybe Baxter a little....) I think Cooper got used to other pets in the house and now he may be lonely during the day. This however is not going to persuade me to get another dog. I like to take Cooper with me everywhere I can. It's easy to bring one dog along but two gets a little out of hand. He was alone all day for a couple years before I lived at my dad's so he'll get used to it again. he probably just sleeps all day anyway. I'd love to set up a hidden camera to find out. When I am home on weekends he almost seems annoyed during the day that I am interrupting his alone time for sleeping.
