So I got the keys to my new house last night. My boyfriend has taken to calling me Murphy (like Murphy's Law) and in following in the tradition of my nickname my house almost blew up. Okay I might be exaggerating just a tiny bit but I did have a gas leak, had to have the gas company come and fix it and was up til midnight waiting for him to finish. Luckily he finsihed and didn't have to turn off the gas to the house and evacuate us. I probably shoudl invite some readers here so that when I ask a question I can actually get an answer but the blog isn't really reader worthy yet. Anyway I need to know if one is supposed to tip the gas man? Like if he comes and fixes a leak. He scooted out the door before I could and to be honest I really didn't think about it until after he was gone.
