Well I failed miserably at blogging my 29th year as I have recently turned 30 and there are only two posts on here previous to this one. I just re-read my last post and I wrote it the day before I went on my first date with my boyfriend. So anyway I found the happy medium I was looking for :) He's great by the way. And my birthday was great too. Me and 30 of my closest friends and relatives had dinner at Panini's (yes Panini's) and then went to the Blind Pig. Dancing, drinking and being with friends and family was so much fun.
It's the holiday season and once again I have saved Christmas shopping for almost the last minute. I am SOOOO excited to have the day off tomorrow though and will be doing alot of shopping then. Even better than having tomorrow off is that I have the next six days off. Whew! That's the longest I have ever not been in the office since I started my job two and a half years ago. I've vacationed but never that long at once.
I need a blogging focus. I swear when I used to post about cancer it wasn't as boring as these last couple have been. I can cook. I could blog about cooking. Or pet care. I do love my dog. Or all things financial. I could complain about things that aren't right in the world but that would be hypocritical because I'm not out changing the world so I shouldn't complain about it. (I still will though when I have something profound to say. Or maybe just funny.)
