Joe has to work today. I planned on scrapbooking, however I am in bed watching Julie and Julia. We have Starz this weekend so I recorded a bunch of movies that are likely going to hold me hostage to my bed or the couch today.

Yesterday I discovered shelf stable milk at Trader Joe's. This is genius. I can leave milk in my desk at work and then I have it for emergencies. Emergencies such as someone gives me a chocolate chip cookie. They're not the same without milk to accompany them. But, now I am wondering, what kind of crap has to be added to milk to make it shelf stable?
